How do I get measured?
Our Fashion Consultants travel, and depending on the time and place, we can possibly schedule a consultation. You can also have measurements taken by any local tailor and supply them to us via our form. Find out if we're in your area.
What is the delivery time for custom items
We deliver custom clothing within 4 weeks (depending on availability and location of the fabric desired). All garments are shipped to the home office for final inspection before being delivered to you. Custom footwear is typically delivered within 4 -6 weeks.
Can I put a Rush on my order?
Orders can be expedited, however there is a additional charge.
Returns and Exchanges
Please note that by making this purchase in-store, online or via an invoice, you are agreeing to the following terms: 1. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS OR EXCHANGES ON CUSTOM ITEMS UNLESS AGREED UPON BY THE SELLER. This includes and isn’t limited to any delays due to unforeseen production issues, courier related problems or customer personal issues. 2. READY MADE ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS IN BRAND NEW CONDITION (UNWORN WITH TAGS) FOR EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT ONLY.
